STEPHANIE CASTELIN, PhD
Stephanie is a pre-doctoral psychology intern at the University of Illinois— Chicago and a clinical psychology doctoral candidate at the University of Cincinnati. Stephanie’s research focuses on using community-engaged research methods to understand socioecological risk and protective factors contributing to stress and resulting health disparities within the Black community. Clinically, she is interested in the development, implementation, and evaluation of trauma-informed culturally responsive interventions. Through her research and clinical work, Stephanie is interested in improving trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to Black individuals and families across lifespan.
